Worthington Steel, Inc. (NYSE:WS) completed its voluntary public takeover offer for Kloeckner & Co SE (XTRA:KCO) at $12.76 per share in cash, securing approximately 62% of Kloeckner’s outstanding shares at an implied enterprise value of approximately $2.4B, creating the second⁠-⁠largest steel service center in North America with $9.5B of combined revenue and approximately $150M in anticipated annual synergies.
